Zoë is an Environmental & Sustainability Manager for Overbury and Morgan Lovell and is a passionate advocate for reducing the environmental impact of the Fit Out Sector. Her interests and experience span embodied carbon, sustainable materials credentials and the impact of products and buildings on occupant health and wellbeing.

Zoë's depth of understanding regarding materials and construction technology is as a result of her degree in Construction Management & Surveying and seven years spent as a Construction Manager working on some of Overbury's largest and most challenging fit outs. Her practical understanding of projects, as well as her strong relationships with the fit out supply chain are what enables her to maximise her impact in supporting clients and project teams with their sustainability aspirations. She has supported the delivery of some of the largest and highest scoring projects in the UK for BREEAM, LEED and WELL. Most recently, Zoë led a cross-industry working group to understand the embodied carbon associated with a Cat B fit out projects. Zoë is a member of the Office Sector Group for the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard.
