Sandra Sezgin
Sandra is responsible for setting sustainability strategies and driving performance across the British Land development pipeline through the implementation of their Sustainability Brief for our Places. Working with design and construction teams on projects ranging from large new builds through to smaller retrofits, key focus areas include embodied carbon reduction, energy efficiency, delivering NABERS, embedding circular economy principles, improving biodiversity, and achieving high level sustainability certifications.
Recently, Sandra led on the development of British Land’s guide to the circular economy, “Full Circle, Full Potential”, which sets out practical processes for project teams to achieve higher retention, recovery and reuse of materials as well as a standardised approach to implementing materials passports.
Sandra also leads on corporate sustainability reporting for developments.
