Robert is a Chartered Civil Engineer (ICE) with over 15 years industry experience. He has worked at Zurich for six years as a Construction Risk Engineer whose primary responsibility is to understand and assess the technical construction risks in order to support insurance underwriters as part of the insurance pricing process. He is also responsible for ensuring the key insurable project risks are being well managed during the construction stage. Robert is an active member of the Get It Right Initiative which aims to share insurance knowledge and lessons learned and has been involved in producing several insurance led guidance documents on mass timber projects.
