Richard is the Director of Sustainability, with the task of making Peabody net zero carbon by 2050 after previously heading up the running the investment and strategic asset management teams. Currently he is working on heat networks, renewable technology, reducing the carbon impact in new housing and decarbonising the existing portfolio. He is passionate about social housing, customer service and making sure that the homes that we live in are safe, secure and fit for the future
