Neil has 32 years of experience in Building Services and Environmental Consultancy. His approach is to creatively influence and to provide innovative solutions for our major projects. 

He has a strong multi-disciplinary design and management background, and can demonstrate leadership, strategic business growth, innovation, and delivering technical excellence through project delivery. 

Neil has historically worked closely with Architects, Property Consultants, Developers, and Investors primarily within the Commercial, Residential, and Education sectors. Because of this, he has successfully influenced projects through high-value, front-end advice, to develop innovative and sustainable solutions which deliver the vision for successful development.

He is passionate about collaboration, digitally integrated product and project design, innovation and excellence in design, optimised construction, and the pursuit of Net Zero and Whole Life Carbon.
