An Architectural Engineer by training, my aim is to create beautiful, comfortable, energy-efficient and cost-effective buildings in a holistic process involving close collaboration between engineers, architects and clients.

At XCO2 I lead an Environmental Team with expertise in Net Zero / Whole Life Carbon analysis including operational energy and embodied carbon assessments, BREEAM and other environmental assessments, circular economy strategies, and delivering energy and sustainability strategies across projects at all scales, from masterplans to detailed individual projects.

I have a keen interest in net zero carbon strategies, as well heritage and listed buildings. I am a certified BREEAM Assessor and Passivhaus Designer, and a previous member of the Low Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI) Taskforce.
