Lorraine Chan
Lorraine is an Australian Architect and Package leader at Fletcher Priest Architects having joined the practice in 2022.
She is currently working on 55 Old Broad Street, a 23-storey office tower with a prominent public realm offering in the City of London. Lorraine has been leading on front of house packages with a focus on reception, retail, Pub, an 18th Century Bath House and affordable workplace. She has also been leading the research and implementation of the Material Reuse strategies on the project. Working on the project for the past 2.5 years, she has helped guide the scheme through planning and spatial coordination.
Lorraine has worked across a variety of sectors in her career from small scale residential to large public and cultural projects across South-east Asia and Australia including the Axel in the Australian Technology Park. Lorraine completed her Bachelors and Masters in Australia at the University of Technology Sydney and studied Social Architecture at Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark.
Lorraine has a key interest in delivering projects with positive social impacts and ambitious sustainability goals and aims to create inspiring designs for the communities.
