A leading thinker on climate change and the future of clean energy, Josh leads Hydrock's specialist 100-strong business focused on climate adaptation, ESG, energy and sustainability.
He advises public and private sector clients on decarbonisation strategies and how to deliver resilience in energy provision and supply chains. Josh has a strong understanding of the commercial drivers in the renewables and energy storage markets.
In 2023, Josh spoke at Hydrock's session at Footprint that examined the key challenges to achieving decarbonisation. In early 2024, he was a panellist at the BE News debate on 'how to pursue renewable energy with renewed purpose'.
By background, Josh specialised in building physics. He has developed a keen interest in emerging policy and regulation and is part of Bristol's advisory committee on climate change.
