Helen is Director of Sustainable Investing at Fabrix, a London-based developer and delivery partners focused on transforming underutilised places. We partner with landowners, building owners and capital partners who share our commitment to shaping a more sustainable, equitable and joyful world. Helen is a member of the NLA expert panel for retrofit and conservation, the ULI UK Sustainability Product Council, the CREFC ESG task group, the CIBSE Knowledge Panel and Sustainability Special Interest Group, and the BE News ESG advisory board. Helen is an also an advocate of best design practice in her role as member of the Enfield Place and Design Quality Panel.
