Heather is a Partner and National Head of Sustainability and is responsible for RLB’s sustainability services including sustainability strategies, carbon consultancy and accreditations. She is passionate about integrating planet and people into business strategies, and creating and delivering the best outcomes for our clients and our communities.

Heather has an extensive track record in delivering holistic strategies to improve sustainability, wellbeing and social value across a range of projects and sectors nationally. She is a business lead for CLC’s ConstructZero initiative and is extensively involved within the industry to develop sustainability, social value and wellbeing progress.

Heather joined RLB in 2014 and, as Chair of RLB’s Global Sustainability Committee, is responsible for the growth and development of the global sustainability offering. Heather is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member with IEMA, holding a BA and Masters in Sustainable Environmental Design in Architecture alongside various sustainability accreditations and awards.
