‘Emily has over a decade of experience in domestic and non-domestic building projects, and is responsible for the management, generation, and co-ordination of energy assessments, ensuring full compliance is achieved against the current legislation.

Specialising in producing Energy Performance Certificates for various structures, Emily also advises design teams on strategies and solutions to achieve compliance with Building Regulations and planning policies. From Energy Strategies to Sustainability Statements, Emily conducts diverse assessment to support planning applications for new developments. Her portfolio ranges from single houses to large-scale mixed-use projects, including high-rise developments.

Emily holds Passivhaus certification and acted as the Passivhaus Consultant for the award-winning Hartopp & Lannoy Point residential development in Hammersmith and Fulham. The landmark development won the Best Affordable Housing Development (£20m+) award at the Inside Housing Awards.’
