Laura joined British Land in 2018 from LandSec and has 19 years’ experience of commercial real estate development, working on high profile projects such as Red Lion Court, Southwark and the relocation of Brentford Football Club. Laura is currently responsible for the delivery of 1 Broadgate, British Land’s flagship building a landmark 500,000 sq ft mixed use commercial development in central London. She also leads the 1 Appold Street project team, where planning has been secured for a 400,000 sq ft Grade A office building with exemplar sustainability credentials in The City.
