Jason Horner
Jason is a Director leading Hilson Moran’s Infrastructure & Environment Group - an interdisciplinary team of Environmental Engineers, Scientists and Infrastructure Planners delivering exceptional Net Positive Places.
Jason is an Infrastructure Planner and Environmental Engineer with a wealth of experience in the planning design and procurement of water, energy and utilities infrastructure to support major urban regeneration, town centre regeneration, urban extensions and public sector growth studies (economic and spatial planning). This includes the electrification of heat and transport, and the development of heat networks and smart grids. He has delivered these services for some of the UK’s biggest regeneration projects, numerous Garden Villages, and has supported local, regional and even national government with growth and planning studies.
Jason joined Hilson Moran in 2014, having previously created and developed Thames Water’s multi-utility business and developed WYG’s utilities and energy consultancy business. Jason is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Energy Engineer and Member of the Energy Institute. Jason is currently working on Barking Riverside, Silvertown Quays, Meridian Water and Ebbsfleet Garden City.
